About the Artist

I am a freelance artist/graphic designer living in San Diego, CA. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design at the prestigious Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, PA. I have enjoyed creating 4-color business packages, websites, annual reports and more for design studios, non-profits and businesses including Qualcomm, University of San Diego, San Diego Center for Children, and St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center.

It has always been a dream of mine to be a painter, and when the infamous Covid-19 lockdown occurred I picked up my watercolors and began. My dog Harley and cats Ruby, Samsonite, and Lynda Lou became my unwitting models and I have not looked back since. Artistic inspirations include the great Andy Warhol, Edgar Degas, and John James Audubon.

I have exhibited in several juried art shows and recently won the First Place Award for my watercolor Under the Pink Jasmine in the Fifth Annual Reigning Cats and Dogs Art Show at Gallery 21 located in Spanish Village, San Diego CA.
